    WARNING, terrible service. I took my pool pump to be fixed, the fix was a simple bushing and after TWO attempts to fix it its still leaking, the people at this store are in my opinion Highly Incompetent, they never call you to let you know anything and I feel they lied to me I will not bring my pump to them for a Third time, Im taking it to a real pool store. This happened at the Saugus, Mass store. After going back and letting them know about the pump leaking for the third time they did not seem to care and NO apology was give. More...

  • Worst Customer Service Ever!



    The people that work in Leslie Pool Supplies on Ridge Road in Port Richey are rude, unprofessional, and either need to be fired, or taught how to treat customers. They never offer to help carry the filled chlorine jugs to your car. When you walk in, they are always in a bad mood, and act like they don't want to be bothered. One morning I walked in at 9:10 a.m., (they open at 9:00 a.m.) and they were standing around talking to each other, saw me with my two chlorine jugs, and told me to come back later when their computers were up and running.     I went to Leslies Pool Supplies For A Water Analysi Report.Got the results of the report.The sales person Recommend Phosfree Will help get the pool back in goog shape. I did not use or need the phosfee.I took It back fof a refund and the salemen told me it been 10 day and he could not refund this produt.Is this the way you treat your custermor.I have been comming in this store for 13 years and this will be my LAST.     I bought a new paper filter which they had to order. I was supposed to be here in a week but it took over two weeks. At the same time I bought three circular sun rings for my pool. I opened one and found it to be difficult to blow up. I think it had been in a warehouse too long and the plastic had adhered itself together. I decided to return the other two. I waited until my paper filter arrived to return the two sun rings. To my surprise they would not take them back since it had been more than 14 days.
